Sunday on Purpose is task management software for churches, operated from New Iberia, Louisiana. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used. Questions can go to caleb@sundayonpurpose.com.
We use your information to run Sunday on Purpose: to sign you in, show your church’s boards and tasks, send the task emails that go with assignments and updates, keep the service secure and answer support requests. We do not sell your information, we do not show ads, and we do not track you across other websites.
We use these providers to run the service. They handle information only as needed to do their job:
Our information is stored in the United States.
Sunday on Purpose uses your browser’s storage only to keep you signed in and to remember things like the page you were on. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We keep your church’s information while your church uses Sunday on Purpose. If a church asks us to delete its workspace, we delete its information within a reasonable time. Copies in provider backups may remain for a limited time before they are removed.
Pages and data travel over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Each church’s information is separated by rules in the database, and passwords can require a mix of letters and symbols. No online service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong password and keep personal links private.
Sunday on Purpose is not meant for children under 13 to use, and accounts require someone 18 or older. Churches may add the names of youth volunteers, and the church is responsible for having permission from parents or guardians when it does.
You can update your name, photo and password in Settings. To see, correct or delete information we hold about you, email caleb@sundayonpurpose.com. Church admins can remove people from their workspace at any time.
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will notify church admins by email. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
