Sunday on Purpose (“we,” “us”) provides task management software for churches at sundayonpurpose.com. These terms are an agreement between you and Sunday on Purpose. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Sunday on Purpose on behalf of a church, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
Your church owns the information it puts into Sunday on Purpose, including people’s names and emails, tasks, comments, files, photos and logos. You give us permission to store, display and process that information only so we can run the service for you.
Your church is responsible for having permission to store information about the people it adds. Please do not store payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health information, or confidential pastoral care or counseling details in Sunday on Purpose. It is built for everyday ministry tasks, not for that kind of sensitive record.
You agree not to:
Churches in our pilot program use Sunday on Purpose free of charge. After the pilot, the planned price is $3 per paid seat per month. Admins, Staff and Team Leaders use paid seats, and Volunteers are free. We will tell you in writing before any charge begins, and we will give at least 30 days’ notice before changing prices.
Sunday on Purpose sends emails about tasks, such as new assignments, updates, due-date reminders and a weekly summary, to the people your church adds. These emails are part of how the service works.
Sunday on Purpose is new and may have bugs or occasional downtime. We may add, change or remove features. Please keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
You can stop using Sunday on Purpose at any time. A church may ask us to delete its workspace and information by emailing caleb@sundayonpurpose.com, and we will do so within a reasonable time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if needed to protect the service or other churches.
Sunday on Purpose is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that it will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing). Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Iberia Parish, Louisiana.
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will notify church admins by email before it takes effect. Questions? Email caleb@sundayonpurpose.com.
